The 2026 Tacos and Tailgates Truck Show hosted by Downtime Designs at the 5th Company Brewing located in Perryville, Maryland was a crisp 84° with the lot packed with show vehicles and spectators. Jen and I stopped by top say “hi” to our friends who we haven’t seen in forever and to snap a few pics of the event.
It was great to see everyone and the kids running around and playing with the Pinewood Derby track and the shirt line for Tacos and Tailgates was wrapped around the parking lot.
This truck show brings the fun back into what we have missed from back in the day, a cruise to the event from a few hand selected group of cruise captains coming from different areas, the actual show and the pinewood derby for the kids.

Joshua Joel Loane, 44, of Bangor, PA, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
He graduated from Easton Area High School, Class of 1997 and received an associate’s degree in collision repair technology/metal fabrication from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
A talented fabricator, Joshua dedicated his life to building trucks and perfecting his craft. Beginning in 2022, he applied his incredible craftsmanship, his love and enthusiasm for automobile customization and his generous spirit to teaching Automotive Collision Repair at the Career Institute of Technology in Easton. He was loved and appreciated by students and colleagues alike.
He was a proud minitrucker and founding member of Kaotic Kustomz and Lasting Impressions, as well as a member of the club Relaxed Atmosphere.
We want to honor Josh’s memory, bring people together and shed a light on the dark and difficult times that everyone goes through.
