Crouse Ford 11th Annual Car Show

Crouse Ford 11^th Annual Car Show – On Sunday July 25, 2021, the SAAC Group of Maryland hosted its 11^th annual all Ford car show at Crouse Ford in Taneytown, MD. The show attracted T-birds, Falcons, Broncos, F150s, and of course many classic and modern Mustangs. Since any Ford powered vehicle was eligible, there were also several Shelby AC Cobra replicas, two GT40 replicas, and even a Borgward Isabella drag car complete with matching child booster seat.

Despite being mostly cloudy all day, the sun reminded the participants that it was still mid-summer pushing the temperature into the 90s. In total, approximately 80 trophies were awarded in 25 categories. At the conclusion of the show, as a very nice gesture of goodwill, participants were encouraged to take a lap around the assisted living facility across the street so the residents sheltering from the heat could get a glimpse of the action. You can safely say that the show was a good time all around.
