Lone Star Throwdown 2023 kicks off in Conroe, Texas from February 24 through February 26. This year shows is shaping to be a helluva show with over 100+ vendors, food vendors, over 2000+ registered vehicles and 100% Lone Star Throwdown, as they say.
The CarShowz.com crew is gearing up for the show, literally, getting our camera equipment ready as the 5 of us make the trip to Texas to shoot the event. We will be keeping an eye out for our CarShowz Choice Award as well as our Top 10 picks that will be featured here in this post. What an amazing weekend and an outstanding event. The weather was A++, hot sunny and no complaints at all. We want to take the time to congratulate Eddie Gordy and his daughter Gracie with their 1991 Mazda B2200 for winning the Lone Star Throwdown 2023 CarShowz.com Choice Award. This build is top notch, but the story behind the build of how far it has come over the years and with Eddie and Gracie traveling all over the nation showing the truck makes this choice even more special.
