RALEIGH, North Carolina – Taking your career to another level is exactly what Detail Garage Owners Keith and Erica Hester did with their professional detailing experience and launched their very own retail store in Raleigh, NC.
With several years under his belt while owning his own detail business, Keith attended the Detail University at the Chemical Guys headquarters a few years back and immediately fell in love with the products and began to use them for his business. After learning about the Detail Garage franchise, Keith and Erica wanted to take their vision and continue to grow their business and foundation they have started and began the journey to open their own store.
Fast forwarding a bit, Raleigh is the 25th Detail Garage store to open out of 37 total thus far. With Keith’s detailing experience the transition to running a retail store became the focus. The common theme I am finding between the franchises is how the entire Detail Garage team sticks together to help each other grow their business; which is undoubtedly the case with the automotive community in general.
As with many obstacles in life, growing a business will have its issues, Keith and Erica stress the importance of communication. “Share your struggles along with your success. Remember you are not performing brain surgery and everything that may go wrong can be fixed. Love what you do and love why you do it”, are a few quotes and advice to live by.
As the Hester’s set forth on this new adventure, they are more than ready to serve their community and provide the best experience ever when visiting their store. Sharing their detailing experience and taking advantage of opportunities to give demonstrations or share a video via social media is just a small variable of growing their business.
