Lone Star Throwdown 2017 is in the books and with the show grounds jam packed with show vehicles (2000 total), vendors and spectators throughout the weekend, words cannot describe how great of a show this is and will continue to be. We flew down to Houston from Maryland Friday morning, arrived around 9:30am, it took forever to get our rental car and it didn’t help with the anticipation of heading to Conroe to the show grounds, about an hour north of Hobby, where we flew into. This was our first time attending the show. In 2013 CarShowz participated as a…

We headed over to the Counts Kustoms Shop on Wednesday late afternoon / early evening. The Counts Kustoms staff were anticipating the tourist visits throughout the week of SEMA, so they were ready with extra staff and parking attendants to greet us. The parking attendant mentioned…

This year we worked with JPC to bring out better trophies and worked on breaking out the car show classes a bit. Trophies were awarded for 1-3 domestic, 1-3 import, 1-3 classic and a Best of Show. With the hot weather and competing car shows in the area,…
End of Summer Bash 2016, a Twenty Year tradition mini truckers and show goers attended over the years and have made the show apart of their lives. With the show coming to an end there’s a lot of blood, sweat, and tears left on the show grounds. For a show to carry a tradition for as long as the Low Rollers Truck Club has, that in itself is an amazing feat. Some people do not realize the amount of time, effort and money that go into these events; to carry that for 20 years is amazing! Ending on a very…

Import Week and H2Oi seem to always draw controversy when it comes down to the police versus the car enthusiasts. During Cruisin’ Ocean City (predominantly Hot Rods) you may hear of a couple of incidents here and there between the OC PD or the State Police, however unless you are a Corvette “Pulling on the Highway LIKE A BOSS << video” or a Mustang crashing, you are pretty much left alone by the police. Ocean City Authorities need to shit or get off the pot. Either you want car enthusiasts in your town or you don’t. You are clearly discriminating when…

The CarShowz.com crew managed the judging for this event and I can tell you with a diverse show field it made it tough. We are thankful to be able to…
Mitsubishi Evo X, a full custom beast: It has been a little over a year since we have last connected with Owner Wayne Soegiarto’s 2012 Mitsubishi Evo X; a complete transformation this ride has made in less than a year. Wayne’s obsession has extended over the past few years we have known each other. It all started with a Mitsubishi Evo 8 and now to this beautiful Evo X. Constant changes to Wayne’s vehicles is not uncommon; an addiction many enthusiasts face when building a show machine. However, the level of mods and how frequently you see the changes is…

The Twizted Intentions Maryland Chapter hosted the Cruise To Cancun Cantina 2 on July 26th, 2015. With the parking lot jam packed, there’s no doubt that the Twizted guys are going to need to find a larger venue in the future. To change it up a bit the club provided custom trophies to hand out to the winners…
